Beach Club Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our beach club. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large teams and ensuring seamless service delivery.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Coordinating events and theme nights
  • Providing solutions to recurring issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in bar management
  • Knowledge of beverage mixology
  • Experience with managing theme nights and close-up events
  • Ability to work flexible hours
