Job Title: Beach Club Operations Manager

The Palawan @ Sentosa is a unique lifestyle and entertainment precinct on Sentosa Island in Singapore, designed for visitors to explore, play, and bond.

We are looking for a highly skilled Beach Club Operations Manager to join our team.

  • Support the Senior Outlet Manager in daily operations
  • Manage the Beach Club operations
  • Assist in maximizing performance of the Beach Club
  • Provide solutions to recurring issues in the Beach Club
  • Set and maintain service standards
  • Train and mentor staff when appropriate

Key qualifications:

  • Experience in managing bars and food services
  • Knowledge of beverage expertise, especially mixing skills
  • Experience in managing theme nights and close-up events
  • Ability to work shifts
