Review and liaise with Tenants on their fitting out plans.
- Hand over and take back premises to/from the Office and Retail Tenants.
- Work on special projects such as sub-division, amalgamation of premises to enhance marketability.
- Establish strong relationship with tenants through continuous tenant engagement programmes.
- Overview of the property management of South Beach.
- Identify opportunities for improvements such as introducing technology, streamline of work processes etc to maximize efficiency.
- Execution of ad hoc projects such as improvement works. Achieve timely completion and within respective budgets.

**Pre-requisites**
- Degree/ Diploma in Real Estate, Building, Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing commercial and retail developments.
- Conversant with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Performance orientated, task driven, resourceful and a good team player.
