Job Title: Digital Partnership Lead

We are seeking a skilled Digital Partnership Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and business development, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining digital support for hawkers and heartland merchants, as well as maintaining relationships with partners to sense, match, activate and monitor the digitalization landscape of the local community.

  • Assist the Program Head in building and maintaining digital support for hawkers and heartland merchants.
  • Maintain relationships with partners to sense, match, activate and monitor the digitalization landscape of the local community.
  • Ensure the Digital Ambassador maintains service standards in their engagements with seniors, hawkers and merchants.
  • Assist with logistical requirements at the hubs.
  • Ensure timely execution and completion of the monthly senior call-back for the GRC and conduct survey interviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 1-3 years relevant work experience in leadership or business development roles.
  • Meticulous individual with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Able to sense-make to anticipate/escalate issues and identify opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Able to manage a team.
  • Able to adapt to different situations and environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
