Customer Relations Specialist Role Overview:

  • Proactive and adaptable in handling tasks and resolving issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is preferred but not essential; candidates with the right attitude and skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required for administrative tasks and data management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct in handling sensitive information.
