Student Experience Manager Role

We are seeking a Student Experience Manager to play a pivotal part in enhancing the overall experience for our students.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to students, addressing their concerns, and fostering a supportive and positive environment that encourages students to embark on lifelong learning. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assistance to students regarding academic, administrative, and personal matters.
  • Offer guidance on academic programs, course selection, and career pathways to students.
  • Deliver an excellent service culture to enhance student experience.
  • Work closely with internal departments and partners to ensure high-quality and timely expedition of customer inquiries and/or requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, issues raised, and resolutions provided.
  • Handle collection of payments and centre-related administrative duties.
  • Promote courses to learners as upskilling opportunities to boost enrollment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekend shifts with priority consideration.
  • A minimum A level or Diploma in any discipline is preferred.
  • Dynamic individual with a service aptitude, passion for service delivery, and a proactive approach.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong team player with self-initiatives and commitment to excel.
  • Ability to function effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment.
