  • Plan, organize & manage community events to increase member engagement
  • Provide support to high net-worth members & stakeholders to engage community members
  • Promote trust building within the community through testimonial collection
  • Liaise with sponsors to support event planning
  • Travel to international locations for community-building and learning opportunities
  • Sales and conversion for membership upgrades
Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with internal teams to track key engagement metrics and drive membership upgrades by achieving member engagement, building trust, and meeting upgrade conversion goals
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for community members - respond to inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
  3. Maintain and update databases, records, and community member lists
  4. Monitor and track community performance
