Job Overview
Care for the nutritional needs of children in a childcare setting by preparing and cooking healthy meals and snacks. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to the center's menu and dietary requirements
- Ensure food is stored and handled safely to avoid spoilage and cross-contamination
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen and surrounding areas daily to maintain a high standard of hygiene
- Assist with grocery shopping and stock supplies as needed

Additional Duties:
- Support teachers and staff in maintaining a clean and organized childcare environment
- Participate in cleaning schedules and assist with tasks such as laundry and waste management
- Follow all center policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
