Healthcare Support Professional

The role of a Healthcare Support Professional is crucial in delivering quality care and support to individuals in need. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and contributing to the overall well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, dressing, and post-bath care in support of nursing aides
  • Serve meals and refreshments, providing water and nourishment between meals
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities using available tools and materials
  • Accompany clients for medical and non-medical appointments as required
  • Perform general cleaning duties and handle laundry in the absence of designated staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information
  • Carry out any other non-clinical tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or caregiving
  • Certification in Nursing Aide or Certificate in Healthcare Attendant (preferably trained in Singapore)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit to handle daily care activities
  • Open to learning and taking on varied responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible
  • Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
