Job Title: Health Support Specialist

A health support specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our team provides long-term residential and day care services, equipping clients with essential life skills, enhancing independence, and supporting social integration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities by serving meals, feeding clients as necessary, and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
  • Engage clients appropriately by utilizing resources and materials.
  • Accompany clients for medical/non-medical reviews when necessary.
  • Clean and maintain lavatories, shower stalls, and laundry facilities as needed.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
  • Participate in fundraising activities to support our mission.
  • Perform other non-clinical duties as assigned by superiors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or caregiving.
  • Certification in Nursing Aide or Certificate in Healthcare Attendant (preferably trained in Singapore).
  • Ability to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physical fitness to handle daily care activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible attitude.
