Job Title: Mental Health Support Specialist
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team providing mental health support and services to individuals in need. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling enquiries via phone and webchat, offering mental health information and resources based on callers' needs, triaging and identifying callers at risk and/or referring them to relevant resources, and providing brief intervention as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle enquiries via phone and webchat
- Offer mental health information and resources based on callers' needs
- Triage and identify callers at risk and/or refer them to relevant resources
- Provide brief intervention as required
- Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Occupational Therapy/Counselling or Advanced Diploma in Mental Health Nursing
- Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Entry-level candidates with a positive learning attitude may also apply
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a passion for patient-care and community support
- Able to work on 24/7 rotating shifts (including weekends and PH)
