Health Management Support Specialist

The Health Management Support Specialist plays a vital role in implementing health-related initiatives and coordinating outreach efforts, particularly with Active Ageing Centres and related services. This involves providing administrative, logistical, and operational assistance to support the Health Management Team.
Key responsibilities include ensuring timely preparation and submission of reports and documentation for internal monitoring and regulatory compliance, as well as gathering and consolidating operational and programmatic data from relevant teams and systems. The specialist may also provide administrative support for audits, training sessions, and compliance-related activities.
In addition to core responsibilities, the Health Management Support Specialist may contribute to client engagement and communication activities, including outreach to senior clients and providing frontline support where needed. As a key member of the team, the specialist is expected to uphold and align with the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of the organization.
Roles and Duties:- Administration and Reporting:
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports and documentation for internal monitoring and regulatory compliance.
- Gather and consolidate operational and programmatic data from relevant teams and systems.
- Provide administrative support for audits, training sessions, and compliance-related activities as required.
- Finance and Procurement Support:
- Support the preparation and submission of Request for Quotations (RFQs).
