LKCMedicine is an integral part of NTU, aiming to foster the development of future medical leaders and advance clinical research. In line with this aim, LKCMedicine and National Healthcare Group (NHG) have jointly established the Academic Partnership Office (APO). The APO plays a pivotal role in better integrating education, research, and innovation through the Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategies and initiatives to strengthen relations across NHG & LKCMedicine
  • Oversee operational plans and workflows, monitor key metrics, and assist in decision-making regarding strategies and policies
  • Engage stakeholders from NHG, LKCMedicine, and AHS
  • Review and collate required data, outcomes, and funding proposals, facilitating regular and timely reporting to management
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to address challenges or barriers and escalate these issues to AHS management when necessary
  • Organize outreach and publicity platforms to engage the wider community of clinicians and faculty
Requirements:
  • A degree from a recognized university
  • At least 15 years of experience in administrative support in biomedical/clinical/academic environments, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
  • Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Able to manage a team effectively, ensuring deadlines are adhered to for multiple projects
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse academic and healthcare stakeholders
  • Able to provide recommendations to management, being proactive, results-oriented, meticulous, yet able to work independently
