We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Food & Beverage Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury hotel setting. Your primary duties will include taking orders and maximizing sales through product knowledge and suggestions, ensuring accuracy by repeating orders to guests.

You will work closely with the cashier and kitchen staff to ensure clear and accurate order-taking for effective service. Additionally, you will assist guests with seating, serve food and beverages in the restaurant or banquet areas, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
