Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to join our team.

  • Aims and Objectives:

Commercial and Business Development

  1. Leverage CRM programs to build relationships & engagement with clients;
  2. Manage relationships with direct clients and further develop existing and potential accounts representing luxury brands;
  3. Organize and host high profile brand events targeted to showcase the brand to be attended by key clients;
  4. Generate and achieve brands sales target volume as a result of the above actions;
  5. Plan and develop collaborations and partnership with luxury brands and leverage on their network;

Brand Management

  1. Increase luxury brand availability, visibility and activation in accounts across all existing channels in Singapore;
  2. Conduct training for different channels in Singapore when necessary and enhance luxury brand ambassador skillsets that contribute to the development of luxury brand in Singapore;
  3. Effectively manage A&P budget for luxury brands;
  4. Develop and promote luxury brands in targeted prestige premises, inclusive of hosting brand events and engagement activities such as consumer tastings (small and festival level) as well as media works;
  5. Gather competitor intelligence and analyze local market conditions to be shared with internal teams;

PROFILE:

  • Graduate Degree/Diploma with extensive experience in sales & marketing;
  • At least 5 years experience in client management for luxury brands/products managing high net worth individuals;
  • Proven track records of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Strong commercial, business acumen, knowledge and understanding of both luxury and wines & spirits, brand specifications, and consumer trends;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and possesses good public speaking and presentation skills;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships;
  • Possess a sociable and out-going personality;
  • Pro-active team player, who is self-motivated and able to work independently and willing to accept challenges;
  • Able to manage stakeholders and prioritise effectively;
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Willingness to support and participate in evening events, including weekends and public holidays, as required;
