Job Title: Luxury Brand Ambassador

Job Description:

As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the brand's values, craftsmanship, and quality of materials. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions that meet their expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Upsell and cross-sell luxury products to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve targets, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on products, especially newly launched items, to help inform future product development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or a related field, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • A strong interest in luxury brands and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
