Job Description:

The Guest Service Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day hotel operations. Reporting directly to the Duty Manager, this individual is responsible for overseeing the reception desk while on duty, providing exceptional guest service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

This multifaceted role encompasses various responsibilities, including:

  • Supervising driveway and daily operations to maintain high standards
  • Ensuring guests and visitors feel comfortable and welcome at all times
  • Providing information and assistance with mail, messages, and general queries
  • Directing guests to relevant personnel and resolving issues efficiently
  • Offering personalized recommendations and enhancing the overall guest experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is highly desirable
