Business Strategy Consultant
">- We are seeking a skilled Business Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Global Process Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business strategy and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, technical architects, and stakeholders, to understand business imperatives and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperatives and strategic initiatives.
- Your responsibilities will include developing interaction models for people, resources, and controls within process constraints, partnering with business and IT teams to ensure adoption of best practices and standardization of business architecture outputs, and driving business process design and improvement efforts.
- You will also be responsible for leading facilitated workshops and direct engagement sessions to transform processes, people, and organizational design, roles, and applying various solution development techniques to drive change.
- In addition, you will assist in defining, analyzing, and evaluating business process and/or system requirements, critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, and developing formal recommendations/solutions for review by business customers.
Requirements:
">- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or process improvement roles
- Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills, with ability to apply quantitative and qualitative methods in problem-solving scenarios
- Lean Six Sigma certification and Visio experience
- Ability to persuade, communicate effectively in written, presentation, and oral forms, and lead through influence
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with business stakeholders
