Business Process Analyst - Enterprise Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our enterprise transformation programme.

Job Description:

  • Foster end-to-end process mapping workshops with business units and group functions (As-Is and To-Be).
  • Analyse current workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or centralise.
  • Translate process insights into future-state process designs, including system handoffs, controls, templates, and SOPs.
  • Develop and maintain a structured process inventory aligned to transformation objectives and internal quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with functional SMEs to validate process assumptions and operational feasibility.
  • Evaluate all documentation for adherence to agreed frameworks and support scalability, audit readiness, and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Mapping: Facilitate end-to-end process mapping workshops with business units and group functions.
