The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves managing customer communication, handling feedback and concerns in a fair and transparent manner, and ensuring a wonderful salon experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Communication: Develop effective relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Feedback Handling: Handle and resolve customers' feedback and concerns in a fair and transparent manner, providing solutions that meet the customer's needs.
- Salon Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring excellent service delivery, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and promoting our salon brand.
- Phone Enquiries: Answer phone enquiries with etiquette and provide accurate information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Serving Customers: Serve light refreshments to customers and attend to their needs in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule customers' appointments efficiently and effectively, performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
- Operational Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to improve operations and enhance customer experience, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
- Professionalism: Maintain a well-groomed and professional image that suits our salon brand, adhering to our company's dress code policy.
- Communication Skills: Possess good and precise communication skills to interact with customers effectively, responding to their queries and concerns promptly.
- Service Orientation: Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and passion for serving customers, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in the beauty industry is advantageous but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
