Job Summary

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will involve coaching and assisting customer service professionals to identify customer needs, foster business growth, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, edit, and recommend enhancements to customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior customer service managers to oversee customer experience initiatives
  • Assess customer service processes to ensure quality standards are met

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong desire to deliver superior customer service, engage directly with customers and other business partners, and demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage projects, assess training needs, and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for interacting with individuals and groups at all levels. Fluency in the local language and English is required, with proficiency in additional languages considered advantageous.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
