As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our partner brands by performing tasks such as handling phone call enquiries, providing accurate processing of reservations or support work, maintaining member accounts, and advising on latest promotions.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process reservations or support work efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding promotions and offers
Requirements

We are seeking candidates who possess strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work rotating shifts. A background in contact centre operations is an advantage, but we also encourage fresh graduates to apply.

  • At least a GCE 'N' levels in any field
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
