The role of Assistant Customer Experience Manager is pivotal in driving service excellence and business growth in the Automotive Industry. As a leader in customer service, you will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships through seamless aftersales support and timely complaint resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring Customer Satisfaction Levels: Utilizing surveys and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Effective Complaint Resolution: Managing customer complaints while balancing customer satisfaction, costs, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaboration and Strategy Design: Working closely with the Service Manager to design and implement customer service enhancement strategies that drive business growth.
- Face-to-Face Meetings: Conducting meetings with customers to resolve concerns and providing a seamless service experience across departments.
