Job Title: Senior Manager, Private Equity Fund Accounting

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Private Equity Fund Accounting team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our private equity funds, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fund accounting/administration services to private equity funds clients
- Prepare and Review of Net Asset Value calculation and reportings
- Coordinate investor servicing activities, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings
- Liaise with clients to ensure client deliverables are met and aligned with service quality
- Prepare and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues
- Liaise with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other disciplines
- At least 8 years of fund accounting experience in Private Equity Funds
- Strong accounting technical knowledge
- Good communication and client servicing skills
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
