**Senior Associate / Assistant Manager
- Fund Accountant (Private Equity / VC funds)**

Our client is a successful professional services firm with international presence and is seeking both a Senior Associate and Assistant Manager
- Fund Accountant for their growing team based in Singapore.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring all financial and regulatory outputs are timely, accurate, and compliant.
- Handle the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, tax filings, and capital activity reports such as NAV and waterfall calculations.
- Act as the primary liaison for Singapore client accounts, working closely with teams in Singapore and India to maintain high-quality standards and provide guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, support business development efforts, and lead onboarding for new clients.
- Drive process enhancements, establish team procedures, and actively contribute to projects and general administrative duties.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- For the senior associate role - minimum 3 years of experience in fund administration with focus on Private Equity/ VC or RE funds. This includes strong knowledge of fund structures, regulations, and accounting standards.
- For the assistant manager role
- minimum 6 years of experience in fund administration with focus on Private Equity/ VC or RE funds. This includes strong knowledge of fund structures, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Familiarity with GAAP conversions across SFRS, US GAAP, and IFRS, and ideally holds a professional accounting qualification.
- Proven ability to work independently while also demonstrating strong team collaboration and initiative.
- Excellent stakeholder and people management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and delivering results.
- Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
