About the role
CKS ASSOCIATES' is seeking talented Audit Associates or Senior Audit Associates to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in the Bishan Central Region. As an Audit Associate or Senior Audit Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients across a range of industries by conducting thorough audits and providing valuable insights.
Responsibilities
Planning, executing and documenting audit engagements in accordance with professional standards
Identifying and evaluating areas of risk, designing and performing appropriate audit procedures
Analysing financial data and preparing comprehensive audit reports
Collaborating with clients to understand their business operations and accounting processes
Providing recommendations to improve internal controls and financial reporting
Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices
Mentoring and training more junior members of the audit team
Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications in Accounting, such as CA, CPA or ACCA
Minimum of 1 year's (for Audit Associates) or 5 years' (for Senior Audit Associates) of experience in external auditing. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply for audit associate position.
Strong understanding of audit methodologies, financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients
Proficiency in the use of audit software and data analysis tools
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team
