Private Equity Fund Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Fund Accountant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements for private equity clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, and cash and security position reconciliations.
- Pricing of portfolios, ensuring all holdings are priced observing the applicable fund documents and valuation policies.
- Capital call, distribution calculation and allocation.
- Fee schedules, including calculation of management fee and waterfall, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents.
- Investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly.
- NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.
- Ad hoc requests and projects.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within progressive accounting/ audit/ fund administration experience in private equity and real estates.
- Strong computer skills with strength in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is particularly asset.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP.
- Experience with accounting software: Investran and Geneva would be an advantage.
