Our client is an established fund administration with a strong presence globally. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Senior Manager, Private Equity Fund Accounting and the position is based in Singapore.
Manage fund accounting/administration services to private equity funds clients and help to manage the day-to-day operations.
Prepare and Review of Net Asset Value calculation and reportings.
Coordinate investor servicing activities. Including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings.
Liaise with clients and ensure client deliverables are met and aligned with service quality
Prepare and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose
Provide guidance to junior colleagues
Liase with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
Liaise with other teams to assist in new funds on-boarding
Other fund accounting related duties
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other disciplines. Accounting qualification is preferred
At least 8 years of fund accounting experience in Private Equity Funds
Strong accounting technical knowledge
Good communication and client servicing skills
