The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial accounting services to private equity funds. The role encompasses a range of tasks, including accounting, reporting, internal control, administration and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting: Prepare financial statements, manage general ledger, and perform account reconciliations.
- Reporting: Produce regular financial reports for investors and stakeholders.
- Internal Control: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including tax and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA or CPA.
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with Singapore/International financial reporting standards.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years of external audit experience with the Big 4.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fund Accounting experience.
- Knowledge of risk management and KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
