Job Title: Community Outreach Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage public relations matters related to the construction project, including stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Support the Project Information Centre with maintenance, installation, and venue booking duties.
  • Manage the 24-hour Project Hotline and design, produce, and distribute effective communication materials.
  • Organize engaging activities such as briefings, dialogue sessions, and exhibitions to foster collaboration between stakeholders and the project team.
  • Promote the project through digital and social media platforms to maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project updates and developments during the construction period.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to established safety practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • O' Level qualification is a minimum requirement for this position.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Certification in Workplace Communication or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • An individual with strong organizational skills and a responsible attitude towards their work is ideal for this role.
