Campaign Strategist Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CRM campaigns, driving user engagement and retention. The successful candidate will design and execute data-driven strategies, leveraging customer insights to create impactful experiences.

This role requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Analytics
  • Prior experience in CRM campaign management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

About the Team

Our Regional CRM team is dedicated to delivering personalized customer journeys, collaborating with local teams to ensure seamless execution, and analyzing results to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement automated customer journeys across markets, using relevant content and various communication channels
  2. Develop experiment strategy with country teams to identify the most effective incentive type for each user segment
  3. Responsible for incentive testing and campaign optimization workstream
  4. Proactively initiate and validate ideas via data and market insights, draft test plan, propose budget and estimate performance results
  5. Monitor and analyze testing and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to support continuous improvement of campaigns
  6. Manage automated campaign schedules and tasks through collaboration with regional teams and local markets to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or tech industry (a plus)
  • Familiarity with AB-testing and ability to develop experiments based on hypothesis (a plus)
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical mindset, demonstrate ability to analyze data and derive insights that drive decisions
  • Strong in multi-tasking and able to manage projects end-to-end
  • Self-driven individual, possess ownership of work, ability to work independently
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impact
