We are seeking a Customer Experience Expert to drive regional market performance and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
This role will involve implementing key initiatives, ensuring seamless processes, and maximizing customer excitement at every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and data analysis skills, with an aptitude for technology and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of key initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure seamless processes and maximize customer excitement at every touchpoint.
- Drive regional market performance of Customer Experience KPIs.
- Develop and lead customer experience-related special projects and other cross-functional initiatives.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury automotive, premium hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong project management and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; additional regional languages are advantageous.
