Deal Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled Deal Facilitator to join our organization in Singapore.

Job Summary:

  • Partner with the investment team to drive seamless and timely deal closings.
  • Review and negotiate key investment agreements.
  • Manage compliance requirements and coordinate with external counsel.
  • Streamline operational processes for efficiency and scale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, admission to the Singapore bar.
  • 3–5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, or financial services transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of investment agreements, corporate governance, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
