Job Title: Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our beverage service team, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and spirits, as well as excellent customer service skills. They will be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all beverages are served at the appropriate temperature and are presented with attention to detail and garnishing.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of beverage offerings, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking and fulfilling their beverage orders.
  • Collaborate with the Head Mixologist to create new and innovative cocktail recipes and assist with special events and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mixologist in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar, with a strong focus on mixology.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and spirits.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
