Job Description:
As a FinOps Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cost-effective and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions for digital workspaces and client services. Your expertise in cloud financial management, digital workspace technologies, and financial principles will enable you to drive cost efficiency and governance across multiple cloud providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and champion the FinOps strategy and roadmap for digital workspaces and client services infrastructure.
  • Design and implement scalable FinOps frameworks, policies, and processes for cloud cost management.
  • Architect and oversee the implementation of cloud cost visibility, allocation, and optimization tools and platforms.
  • Define and standardize cost reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and showback/chargeback mechanisms for shared digital workspace resources and client service consumption.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or operations, with at least 3-5 years focused specifically on cloud financial management (FinOps).
Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice-versa. Experience with scripting languages for automation and data analysis, especially for resource management. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
