As the **Digital Workspace Project Manager **, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders from both the tech and business teams in South East Asia. You will manage the delivery of end user facing projects, adhering to PMO’s project lifecycle methodology (IT-PLC) and successfully transition to operations and support. You will guide these complex projects by working in close partnership with solution engineers and business leaders, including project, program, and executive sponsors, as well as other leaders within the business. You will also be in charge of defining objectives, creating plans, tracking progress and budgets, driving execution of key projects, and improving the management processes.

**Scope of the role**
- Ensure the project is meticulously planned and executed within budget and set timelines
- Manage a team of on-shore and off-shore resources, fostering a collaborative environment
- Engage with key stakeholders to achieve the project success and a positive outcome
- Communicate regularly with clients to align the project with their business objectives
- Provide weekly project updates to all stakeholders, and present monthly updates via steerco meetings
- Proactively identify risks and work with relevant teams on risk mitigation strategies or seek support

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of work experience in waterfall or agile project planning
- Bachelor’s degree in technology related disciplines
- Technical exposure to IT infrastructure
- Knowledge in digital workspace: Office365, Workspace ONE, iOS Management, OKTA, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills in English
