**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide 2nd level onsite troubleshooting support to ensure consistently meet customer response / resolution times and objectives based on Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors and 3rd party suppliers to resolve technical issues
  • Attend to customer inquiries and follow-up on outstanding issues closely while ensuring that customers are kept updated on the progress
  • Maintain a call log database system and ensure all unresolved problems are escalated to senior engineers
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

**Requirements:**

  • Possess a National ITE Certificate (NITEC) or Diploma in Information Technology or a relevant field
  • Experience in desktop support and a good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, basic network experience
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer support environment is an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and independently in a team environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Will be required to travel around Singapore to multiple sites
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
