Job Title: Cost Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.

  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather data and validate assumptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of detailed cost reports and pricing strategies to management and clients.
  • Support tender submissions and bid proposals.
  • Adjust estimates based on scope changes and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in HVAC, M&E, or construction sectors.
  • Knowledge with estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel).
