Job Title: HVAC Estimator and Proposal Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC estimator and proposal specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience in ACMV/BMS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals and cost estimations for tender projects, estimating project quantities and costs, assisting the Proposal/Sales Manager on technical and costing matters, planning and coordinating estimating activities, interpreting engineering documentation, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates for tender projects
  • Estimate project quantities and costs for major tenders
  • Assist the Proposal/Sales Manager on technical and costing matters
  • Plan and coordinate estimating activities
  • Interpret engineering documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in ACMV/BMS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good understanding of specifications and drawings
