Cost Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor

- Working Hours: 5 Days. Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather data and validate assumptions.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitive estimates.
- Develop and maintain cost databases and estimation models.
- Present cost reports and pricing strategies to management and clients.
- Support tender submissions and bid proposals.
- Adjust estimates based on scope changes and client feedback.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in HVAC, M&E, or construction sectors.
- Have knowledge with estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
