Job Title: Human Resource Officer - Entry Level

Roles and Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in its daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.">
- Handling employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.">
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HR database with all relevant personnel information.">
- Assisting with the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.">
- Coordinating training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance.">
- Handling disciplinary matters and employee grievances, ensuring all issues are managed fairly and in line with company policies.">
- Preparing and processing HR documents such as employment contracts, termination letters, and other administrative forms.">
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance with labour laws and company policies to ensure a safe and lawful workplace.">
- Organizing employee engagement activities to promote a positive working environment and strengthen team cohesion.">
