HR Generalist Role Overview

The HR Generalist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization. As a key member of the HR department, they will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining accurate employee records.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare HR-related documents and manage HR documentation for compliance
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative assistance in staff welfare activities and training programs
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and experience in clerical or HR-related work. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure.
