Human Resource Generalist Job Summary

This position is open for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As an integral member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective performance management systems.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
