**Job Overview:**

This role is focused on developing and implementing strategies to enhance work opportunities for persons with disabilities.

You will collaborate with employers, persons with disabilities, government, and social service agencies to promote sustainable disability-inclusive hiring and employment practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sector strategies to promote disability-inclusive hiring by engaging with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and analyzing data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with influential companies to advocate for disability-inclusive practices within their sectors, leveraging their networks and resources to drive positive change.
  • Identify and engage potential employers through various channels, including industry events, networking sessions, and targeted marketing campaigns, to generate interest in disability-inclusive hiring.
  • Provide advice and support to employers on improving their practices, using tools like the Enabling Mark framework to measure progress and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably with expertise in account servicing or client management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employers, employees, and community partners.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
