Job Opportunity: Career Development Facilitator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their employability and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver personalized career development plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to jobseekers, focusing on career assessment, goal setting, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement effective career interventions and case management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor market trends and employment landscape to provide valuable insights and analysis to jobseekers.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to facilitate group-based career interventions and workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in career development facilitation, human resource, psychology, counseling, or coaching.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills, with the ability to converse in multiple languages.
  • Demonstrated commitment to helping individuals achieve their career goals and improving their employability.
  • Experience in service excellence, CRM, and case management is highly desirable.
