Community Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking certified trainers to support a national training initiative by empowering volunteers to engage meaningfully with seniors through workshops and real-life practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate classroom sessions and supervise volunteers during engagement practice sessions
  • Use fully developed curriculum provided by the Agency for Integrated Care
  • Complete standard feedback and checklists after each session
  • Maintain consistency and professionalism in every class
Requirements:
  • ACLP or ACTA certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of facilitation/adult learning experience preferred
  • SGA-certified trainers preferred, or willingness to attend a one-time SGA Train-the-Trainer onboarding
  • Available for evening and/or weekend sessions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in senior engagement and community service
