Regional Finance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior finance leadership to drive regional finance projects focused on process improvement, reporting efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Lead initiatives such as month-end/quarter-end process optimization, budgeting & forecasting cycles, and internal policy rollouts.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and design solutions that reduce manual work and improve turnaround times.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including documentation improvements, dashboard/report development, and system/process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management, finance operations, or business partnering and planning, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a regional corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in key markets (e.g., ASIC, FCA, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
