Regional Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Financial Operations Manager to oversee all financial activities for our overseas businesses. This role is responsible for ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management to support regional growth and operational excellence.
This position plays a crucial part in our organization's success by providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to our regional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with regional business objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for overseas entities.
- Manage financial reporting, analysis, and performance metrics.
- Apply deep technical knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards, and tax regulations to ensure compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Initial career experience as an auditor is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting, ideally with exposure to project accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years' working experience, preferably in a regional or multinational business environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with regional financial regulations.
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and strong organizational capabilities.
