Job Opportunity
  • We are seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer to lead our financial processes across multiple regions and subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will ensure effective control and application of corporate policies and procedures, while driving continuous improvement in management control.
  • The successful candidate will review, monitor, and consolidate the financial performance of the company in the region, presenting reports to Group HQ.
  • In this role, you will lead financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and quarterly reforecasts, ensuring timely preparation and consolidation of all financial reports.
  • As a strategic leader, you will provide direction and mentoring to finance and accounting teams across multi-country operations, managing cash flow optimization, bank relationships, and working capital requirements at a regional level.
  • You will also oversee project-related financial setup, such as JV agreements, contract reviews, and bank guarantee management.
  • Additionally, you will supervise mergers and acquisitions, including acquisition analysis and monitoring, acting as the ethics referent within the region.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of relevant financial management experience, with 10+ years in regional leadership roles.
  • Proven track record as a CFO managing multi-country financial operations within the construction and engineering sector.
  • Familiarity with IFRS, holding requirements, and international reporting standards.
  • Professional qualifications: ACCA, IFRS Certified Accountant and Certified Tax Advisor.
  • Strong skills in financial, administrative, and strategic planning, including contract and risk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
  • Ability to represent the company effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a regional and multicultural environment.
