Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our regional finance operations across six markets in the APAC region. As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with regional objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategies, models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with regional objectives
  • Lead the consolidation of financial results across APAC markets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Manage treasury and funding operations, including cash flow forecasting, credit facilities, and regulatory covenant compliance
  • Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with US GAAP (and local standards)
  • Collaborate with finance teams across multiple markets to drive process improvements and standardisation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with professional qualification in CA, CPA, ACCA etc
  • At least 12 years of working experience, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Proven expertise in regional financial planning, consolidation, treasury operations, and strategic funding
  • Technical competency and hands on application of US GAAP
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • Strategic business partner with strong leadership qualities to bring clarity amidst uncertainty
